Abia Speaker Saddened by Prof Francis Otunta's Death

Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has expressed shock and sadness at the sudden demise of the immediate past Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), Prof Francis Ogbonnaya Otunta who died on Tuesday, March 30.
The Speaker described the late Otunta as an accomplished academic who played his modest part in the educational development of Nigeria and that his death will surely leave the academic community in pains.
While praying God to grant his soul eternal rest, he consoled the family and asked God to grant them and all those affected by the death the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss
