Fresh trouble for APGA as Party Chieftain resigns

The All Progressives Grand Allaince (APGA) 2015 governorship aspirant in Abia State,  Chief Reagan Ufomba has announced his resignation from the Party.

Ufomba who lost his litigation against Dr. Alex Otti few months ago, announced his resignation via a facebook post.

He wrote: "After due consultation, I wish to officially announce my resignation from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

"We would however continue to pray for the party to overcome her numerous strifes, squabbles and litigations. From the bottom of my heart, I wish the party well in her future endeavours.

"My thanks goes to our numerous supporters and loyalists. I enjoin all of you to be patient and law abiding while our next political move will be discussed in due course.

To God alone be the glory.

Together, We Shall Do A New Thing."

Factnews recalls that Ufomba who was a founding member of the party in Abia state, contested the 2011 general election under the party but was defeated by the immediate past Governor, Chief T.A Orji.
