Gov. Ikpeazu Charge His ADC on leadership

Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has charged his Aide De Camp, Emmanuel Nwakanma on leadership by example.

The Governor gave the charge while decorating his ADC with a new rank as a Superintendent of Police, alongside the Commissioner of Police, Abia State, CP Basen Gwana. 
He said though the police job is tasking, it requires a lot of discipline and hardwork to climb the ladder of success.

Dr. Ikpeazu enjoined Nwakanma to see himself as a leader and ensure the enhancement of the positive outlook of the Nigerian Police, while calling on officers and civil servants in the state to imbibe positive attitude to work if they must be promoted. He however, emphasized that promotion comes from God.

CP Basen Gwana urged the new promoted ADC to be more dedicated to duty, and improve on his efforts as more is expected of him with his new attained position.

SP Emmanuel Nwakanma was a DSP until his promotion and an ADC to Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu . 
He hails from Alaoma Community,Umuoba in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State and holds a bachelor of Science in sociology and masters in Criminology.
