We Will Replace Audu According To The Law: APC

The All Progressives Congress, APC, has said it will act within the confines of the constitution in replacing its candidate at the Kogi state Governorship elections.

The national publicity secretary of the party, Mai Mala Buni, who revealed that the party is studying the results of the election, said the Kogi situation is a test case for the rule of law and Nigeria’s growing democracy.

The party while commiserating with the family of the deceased and the people of the state, said it will not abandon its candidate even in death, and called on the people of the state to remain calm despite the situation.

Also, the party’s deputy national publicity secretary, Timi Frank in a statement stated that the party shall explore all choices and act within the law to find alternatives to Audu. He described the deceased as a dependable politician.
