President Buhari defends appointments

President Muhammadu Buhari has defended his appointments that has been criticized by Nigerians as lopsided, noting that he appointed those he can trust and had worked with for years
The President who made the comments on BBC Hausa on September 7,said the constitution gives him the power to choose his closest officials, added that the appointments was also a reward for loyalty to him over the years.
Most of those appointed by the president are from the north, few from South South and SouthWest, and none from the Southeast.
President Buhari further revealed that the Chibok girls kidnapped in April 2014 have been dispersed to different locations, while some have been forced to convert to Islam.
