'I will concede defeat if i lose at the tribunal; i am here to serve' -IKPEAZU

The Abia State governor-elect, Okezie Ikpeazu has revealed that if by any means he loses at the petition  tribunal to the opposition, he will concede defeat,while maintaining that he will do all within his capacity to serve the people of Abia.

"The governor-elect, Okezie Ikpeazu stated this at an interactive session with factnewsonline, while describing his victory at the polls as a definition of Gods grace".

He said the build up to the elections strengthened, and encouraged him for the task ahead, adding that it brought him closer to the people and also made some revelations that he will add up to serve the people better.

On the election petition at the tribunal, the governor-elect said if by any means he loses  at the tribunal, he will concede defeat, but expressed confidence that his victory which justifies equity and fairness in the state remains a deserved victory.
Ikpeazu also emphasized that as an Aba man who knows Aba and some of the needs of the people, he will ensure that the issue of indiscriminate dumping of refuse and littering of the streets with refuse and dirt will be adequately tackled, insisting that after his first four years in office,pot-holes will be a thing of the past in the Enyimba city.
The governor-elect also explained that as a product of equity, he will not be a stooge, while stressing that he will seek advice where and when necessary.

He equally raised the hope of Abia unemployed youths of creating jobs and skill acquisitions to enhance the growth and development of the state.
Ikpeazu also promised to pay salaries on time, develop the education sector, as well as leave a strong legacy at the end of his administration.
