The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has felicitated with a former national Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Vincent Ogbulafor on the occasion of his 73rd birthday.
In his congratulatory message to the elder statesman, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji described him as a man of great courage and consistent personality who has contributed positively to the growth of the nation.
While wishing Chief Vincent Ogbulafor a happy birthday, the Abia Speaker prayed God to grant him good health.
