Ohafia Council Chairman sacks political aides

The Executive Chairman Chairman, Ohafia Local Government, Dr Okorafor Ukiwe has approved the immediate dissolution of the Finance & General Purposes Committee & the body of Special Advisers / Assistants appointed by him on assumption of office.
Dr Ukiwe immensely appreciate the contributions, co-operation and support of the former appointees in the smooth administration of the local government. He wished them well in their future endeavors.
In another development, Dr Okorafor Ukiwe has approved the immediate reappointment of Mrs. Elizabeth Nkaku Okoro-Anya as the Secretary to the Local Government.
All those affected by the dissolution are to hand over all government property in their care to the Executive Chairman through the Office of the Principal Secretary.
