OHAFIA LGA: Tribunal Adjourns to Friday for further Hearing

The Local Government Elections Petition Tribunal on Wednesday, adjourned hearing in the main petition of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate against the Peoples Democratic Party and her candidate Dr. Okoroafor Ukiwe to Friday 2nd of July 2021.
The tribunal adjourned after admitting 3 witnesses of the APC in the December 18th 2020 Council Election which held in Ohafia LGA.
The adjournment followed hours of the Tribunal’s hearing into the main petition of the APC and its candidate.
The break was sequel to the application of Dr. Hagler Okorie, Counsel to the PDP.
Dr. Hagler put up the oral application before the Tribunal, asking for adjournment to allow his team time to rest, reduce stress and also, attend to other matters.
The tribunal, led by Magistrate Grade one Nnaemeka Orji adjourned to Friday 2nd July 2021 for further hearing and admission of more witnesses.
