ASCETA Provost, Nto, mourns late Ukpai A. Ukpai

The provost , Abia state college of Education Technical, Arochukwu, ASCETA, Dr Phillips Nto has expressed shock at the sudden death of the Deputy chief of staff to the Governor, Chief Ukpai Agwu Ukpai.
Dr Nto in a release described the late Chief Ukpai Agwu Ukpai as a renowned political strategist, astute administrator and social mobilizer who contributed greatly to development of Ohafia, Abia North and the entire Abia adding that his political sagacity will be missed by the PDP family.
The provost on behalf of the staff and students of ASCETA condoled with the Ukpai Agwu Ukpai family, the Government and good people of the state on the painful loss of Chief Ukpai and prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
He further prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
