Delta North: Ned Nwoko loses to Nwaoboshi at Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has upheld the judgment of the Court of Appeal which ruled that Senator Peter Nwaoboshi is the winner of the PDP senatorial primary election for Delta North, held on October 2, 2018.
This puts to rest the earlier judgment of the Federal High Court Abuja which declared Prince Ned Nwoko winner of the said primary.
