Abiola’s Family Warns Al-Mustapha

The family of the late MKO Abiola, has warned Major Hamza Al-Mustapha (rtd), to desist from uttering statements designed to derail the course of justice with respect to the assassination of their mother.
The family, in a letter titled: “Those who commit crimes must be punished,” said, Al-Mustapha’s current rantings were designed to divert the course of justice.
They noted that though Al-Mustapha had been acquitted by the Appeal Court on technalities, the case was still before the Supreme Court.
The family argued that the former Chief Security Officer did not deny the confession made by Sgt. Rogers alleging that he gave him the gun to carry out the assassination.
