Breaking: Appeal Court disgraces Modu Sheriff's lawyer seeking to join case to help Uche Ogah.

The attempt by Uche Ogah and the Ali Modu Sherif faction of PDP that have been backing him to frustrate the hearing of Governor Ikpeazu appeal against the ruling of Justice Okon Abang hit the rocks as the court refused to recognize the faction and their representative.
One Mr. Olagoke Fakunle who said he appeared for the PDP was asked not to disrupt the court because PDP has a counsel in the person of Dr. Onyechi Ikpeazu SAN in the court.
"Mr. Fakunle what exactly have you said?. There are six appeals before this court which we must hear today. And we are going ahead with the appeals already filed. Do not disrupt this court again. You can go on appeal if you so wish....."-Hon. Justice H.M Ogunnwumuji
The court recognized Dr Onyinyechi Ikpeazu SAN as the counsel to PDP and told others who claimed to be representing the PDP not to interrupt the court again.
