Okonjo- Iweala Gets Two New International Appointments

Nigeria's Former Minister of Finance and Co - ordinating Minister of the Economy, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala has revealed that she is joining the United States Financial Advisory and Asset Management bank, Lazard; and a new job - chair - elect of the board of Bill and Melinda Gates Gavi the Vaccine.
At Gavi, the former minister said her work will be to strengthen institutions and building systems to improve the health of children through immunisation, while she will at Lazard, advise countries on structuring their finances and dealing with debt issues.
