"Nothing is happening at umunneochi in all the polling units; affected people have awaited and gone back to their various home l went at the LGA headquarters only military personal are seen at the entrance lnec office locked, yesterday night night information has it that Apga thugs went to the Inec office to threatened the inec staffs that the want only youth corps to do the ad hoc staffs from PO to Apo's 123 that the name of the Apo's displayed on the Inec board are not Apga person, and this resulted to a fight with Apga thugs and PDP boys in the LGA many were injured."
