APGA stops Announcement of results; collation to continue tomorrow by 9am

An APGA party agent, Emmanuel Ahamdi Nweke has obstructed the announcement of results by the collation officer at Umuahia INEC Headquarters.
This is coming on the heels of allegation by the APGA party agent that elections did not hold in Obingwa Local Government whose election result was to be announced.
The agent who furiously collected the election result sheet from the Obingwa Returning Officer and almost tore it before he was stopped by INEC officials which brought the collation to an abrupt end.
Obingwa Local Government is the local government of the PDP candidate,Okezie Ikpeazu
Meanwhile,the collation has been moved to 9am
