Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega has maintained that elections will hold across the nation on the rescheduled dates of March 28 and April 11.
This is coming as rumours from different quarters argue over the authenticity of the dates.
Prof Jega stated this at a meeting with Civil Society Organisations, adding that INEC is fully ready for the elections.

The electoral umpire boss who noted that all grey areas have been fixed with the postponement of the elections, revealed that if the elections were conducted on the initial dates, INEC would have done it with a collection rate of 67 percent of PVC's, against the 80 to 91 percent and above rate recently.
Prof. Jega also revealed that public officers will not be allowed to move around on the day of elections.
