House of Reps speakers security details restored

The police and Department of State Service, DSS, details attached to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has been restored.
The Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba who withdrew the security details following the Speakers defection from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress, last year which led to a fracas at the House of Representatives that resulted in tear-gassing of members on November 20,2014, ordered the restoration.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Mallam Imam Imam said the police details were restored few days after the men of the DSS resumed duties.
