Miss Columbia crowned Miss Universe, as Miss Nigeria wins Miss Congeniality

22yr old Miss Columbia, Paulina Vega was crowned the 2014 Miss Universe yesterday January 25, in Miami Florida where the contest was held. She won the contest after a rigorous competition starting with 88 girls from around the world showing off their stunning beauty and talent at the FIU Arena in Miami, Florida, the stunner went home the ultimate winner over Miss USA Nia Sanchez!
Meanwhile, Celestine Queen who was the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 1st runner up and Nigeria's rep at the contest, was voted Miss Congeniality (friendliest person) by other contestants.
On the otherhand, Miss Indonesia Elvira Devinamira won Best National Costume at the event after three days of fan voting on Twitter for best costume. The gorgeous lady was awarded the honor for her breathtaking costume inspired by a Buddhist temple in her home country!
